Rates & fees

Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for services offered by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). We recommend confirming with your insurance provider regarding your annual coverage limit and whether there is a per-session maximum.

After payment is received, you will be provided with an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

The following insurance providers are known to offer coverage for counselling services provided by RCCs:

• Canada Life (formerly Great-West Life)
• Pacific Blue Cross
• Sun Life
• Green Shield

Direct billing is currently available for:

• ICBC
• WorksafeBC (only through Creekside Physiotherapy) 
• Canada Life 
• CVAP
• Medavie / RCMP 

If RCC services are not currently included in your benefits plan, you may wish to speak with your employer, Human Resources department, or insurance provider about adjusting your coverage to include counselling services.
